This Refund Policy applies to the monthly subscription fee charged by UPAYI.CO (operated by ESS ENN Associates) for access to our UPI payment collection Service.
Important distinction: UPAYI.CO does not hold, process, or route any payments between Payment Collectors and their clients. We charge only a fixed monthly subscription fee. This refund policy pertains exclusively to that subscription fee — not to any UPI payments collected by users through the Service.

UPAYI.CO is not involved in any UPI payment transactions between Payment Collectors and their clients. Any refund requests, payment disputes, or chargebacks related to UPI payments are solely between the Payment Collector and their client/customer. UPAYI.CO bears no responsibility for such disputes.
Payment Collectors are solely responsible for their own refund policies and for resolving disputes with their clients.

Refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
